United for Democracy is proud to host an event during the State of Young Philly event series.
COVID-19 has changed everything about elections in 2020. In these unprecedented times, polling places and voters are facing different challenges to cast their ballot on Election Day. In this session you will learn of volunteer opportunities on how you can assist voters in line at the polls on Election Day by becoming a poll monitor. Poll Monitors will help ensure that every eligible voter has the opportunity to vote, provide PPE assistance, and help voters make sure they are in the right polling location. Learn how you can give back to your community during these times.
United for Democracy is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that supports the voting process across the country - from registration to casting a ballot, and everything in between. We want to make sure everyone can cast a ballot, no matter who they are voting for in the election.
