There is a HUGE need for individuals to work as poll workers on election day across the city (you can even get paid)!
This last election cycle, we all saw how Philly suffered from a lack of poll workers. As coronavirus continues to impact Americans across the country, we are seeing a staggering decrease in poll workers — which could mean closed polling places and long delays for elections in 2020. You can help make sure we have a safe, fair, efficient election for all voters.
On Sept 24th at 6:00pm we will be hosting a virtual event with Power the Polls PA, the Mayor's Millennial Advisory Committee and the Philadelphia League of Women Voters for you to learn more about being a poll worker on Election Day and announcing our challenge goals.
