Haley has been living in Philly since 2016, moving here from Maine. She has worked in higher education and college access with local and international students. She is passionate about finding ways to connect people with the city they live in and help them understand how it works. Currently, she serves as the Secretary of YIP and is involved with RepresentPA. She has also served on the Mayor's Millenial Advisory Committee.
